There is a very interesting article on the subject of womens reproductive health at the Bolingbroke Sun website. This womens reproductive health article is about the subject of female infertility. Apparently there has been a significant rise in the number of couples seeking help at infertility clinics in recent years. The reason for this infertility problem is not a decline in womens reproductive health. Education and advances in medical science mean that women living in developed countries are healthier than they have ever been. The reason for the increase in the numbers of women seeking infertility treatment is that we are generally waiting longer than we once did to have a family. Many women are waiting until they are at least thirty to start a family because they want an education and a career first. However, after the age of thirty a woman’s chances of conceiving naturally within six months decline significantly. Only half of women over the age of thirty-five can conceive without help within six months. When it comes to women over the age of forty, only ten percent can conceive within six months without intervention. Womens health specialists recommend having children when you are still in your twenties if you want to be relatively sure of conceiving naturally.
